Fennec Forge LLC ("we," "us") operates Coaches Forge. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling data responsibly. We do not sell your personal information.
Account information: email, name, and password (hashed) when you sign up. Team and roster data: team names, sport, optional school/season. For student athletes we store only: name, jersey number, position, grade level, and optional parent/guardian email and phone. We do not collect academic records, health records, or FERPA- or HIPAA-protected information. Practice data: plans, drills, and sessions you create. Usage data: e.g. AI generations per month for billing and product improvement.
We use your data to provide and improve the Service; process payments; enforce our terms; send essential communications; and comply with law. We do not use student athlete data for advertising. We may use aggregated, de-identified data to improve the product.
Supabase: database and authentication. Anthropic: AI for practice plans — we send practice goals and sport context, not student names or contacts to Anthropic. Stripe: payments; card data is handled by Stripe. Vercel: hosting. Providers are bound by their terms. We do not sell or share your data for third-party marketing.
We retain data while your account is active and as needed for the Service and legal obligations. You may request deletion; we will delete or anonymize within a reasonable time except where law requires retention. Backups may delay immediate deletion.
Coaches Forge is for adult coaches and staff. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Student data is entered by coaches and is minimal; we do not offer student accounts for minors.
We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and secure hosting. No system is perfectly secure; protect your credentials.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, or to object or restrict processing. Contact us to exercise rights. EEA/UK users may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
You have the right to delete your Coaches Forge account and all associated data at any time. We offer two ways to do this. **Self-Service (Recommended)** 1. Sign in to your Coaches Forge account at coachesforge.com 2. Click on "Account" in the top navigation 3. Scroll to the "Danger Zone" section at the bottom of the Account Settings page 4. Click "Delete Account" and confirm the action When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed within 30 days: - Your user profile (name, email) - All teams you created or owned - All player rosters and attendance records - All practice plans, drills, and season plans - All AI-generated content (practice plans, parent messages, recruiting profiles) - All usage history and analytics data - Your subscription information (active subscriptions are cancelled automatically) Backup copies are purged within 30 days of deletion. **Email Request** If you are unable to sign in or prefer to request deletion via email, contact us at support@fennecforge.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process the request within 7 business days and confirm completion via email. **What Is NOT Deleted** Some anonymized or aggregated data may be retained for legal, tax, or fraud prevention purposes. This data cannot be linked back to you. Payment records retained for tax compliance purposes are held by our payment processor (Stripe) and are subject to their retention policies.
